Anni is your virtual learning guide. Anni’s purpose is to increase your happiness, well being and creativity.
What can Anni do ?
You can tell Anni how you are feeling and Anni will recommend content to positively shift how you feel. For example you can type ‘I am anxious’ or only the word ‘anxious’ and Anni will make a recommendation.
Anni can help you learn techniques to use through the day such as posture, breathing, attention and focus, observation, visualisation and creative practices as well as meditations. For example you can type ‘learn’ or ‘learn to meditate’.
Anni serves up content to improve your emotional well being. You can request different types of content: for example type ‘nature’ for nature videos.
If you create an account and login, Anni has access to your journey and her recommendations are tailored to you. In this way Anni is your very own learning guide for meditation and life skills.
