  1. This is a visualisation exercise (learn about visualisation)

  2. Visualise a bubble of light around you

  3. To draw the bubble

    • stretch out your arms in front

    • The radius of the bubble reaches to your wrist

    • pull your arms back to draw the bubble

    • lift your arms to draw the bubble

    • draw it behind you

  4. Visualise a membrane of light as the edge of the bubble. The energy of other people and the rest of the world is outside

  5. Visualise energy flowing from your spine outwards to fill up the bubble
